- You agree that the uploaded images and/or videos will be processed automatically by the Blurit service algorithms.
- It is prohibited to upload images or videos containing illegal content under the laws of the European Union, the United States, and the country from which you are accessing the site, including but not limited to child pornographic images.
- You commit to a reasonable use of the demonstration tool, specifically not using bots and not attempting to circumvent the implemented technical prevention measures.
- In case of fraudulent use of the demonstration tool, WASSA reserves the right to restrict its use.
Intellectual property
All the elements constituting the Blurit website (texts, graphics, software, photographs, images, sounds, videos, plans, logos, trademarks, creations and various protectable works, databases, etc.) as well as the site itself, are subject to French and international legislation on intellectual property and more specifically, copyright, rights related to copyright (in particular articles L.122-4 and L.122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code) and trademark law.
They are the exclusive property of WASSA, except for elements produced by parties outside WASSA who have not assigned their intellectual property rights. These Terms and Conditions of Use do not confer any ownership rights in the Blurit website or any of its elements.
Consequently, any person who consults the Blurit website and uses its services, undertakes, in particular:
- Not to integrate all or part of the content of the Blurit website into a third party site, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes,
- The information appearing on the Blurit website must not be reproduced on media of any kind that allow all or part of the original files to be reconstituted.
Subject in particular to Articles L. 122-5, L. 211-3 and L. 342-3 of the Intellectual Property Code, any use of the Blurit website or any of its elements that is not expressly authorised results in a violation of intellectual property rights and constitutes an infringement. It may also result in a violation of image rights, the rights of individuals or any other rights and regulations in force. It can therefore engage the civil and/or criminal liability of its author.
WASSA reserves the right to take any legal action against persons who have not complied with the prohibitions contained in this article.
Responsibilities
WASSA declines all responsibility:
- In the event of interruption of the Blurit site, in particular for technical maintenance operations or updating of published information,
- In the event of impossibility of access to online services, in particular due to technical problems, regardless of their origin and provenance,
- In the event of direct or indirect damage caused to you, regardless of its nature, resulting from the content, access or use of the website,
- In the event of abnormal use or unlawful exploitation of the Blurit website. You are solely responsible for any damage caused to third parties and for the consequences of any claims or actions that may arise therefrom. You also waive any recourse against WASSA in the event of legal proceedings brought against you by a third party as a result of the unlawful use and/or exploitation of the site.
You undertake to use the Blurit website in accordance with these general terms and conditions of use and more generally in compliance with the legislation in force, public order and morality. You agree not to transmit any unsolicited advertising or material ("spamming"), or any content that contains computer viruses.
WASSA is not responsible for any use of the Blurit Site on your behalf by a third party that has impersonated you.
Finally, WASSA reserves the right to take any legal action against any person who has not complied with the provisions relating to Articles 323-1 to 323-8 of the Criminal Code or any article replacing them, and in particular who fraudulently accesses all or part of an automated data processing system of the Website's spaces and services.
