Credits
How are credits consumed?
Consumption depends solely on the size of the processed file. 1 MB of video = 1 credit. 1 MB of image = 2 credits. All standard formats are supported, up to 4K.
Is there a minimum consumption?
Yes. Each processing consumes at least 1 credit. Consumption is rounded up to the nearest unit.
How is consumption estimated before processing?
An estimate of the number of credits needed is displayed before processing starts. You always stay in control before consuming your credits.
Do credits expire?
No, your credits remain available without any time limit. In the event of permanent service discontinuation, you will be notified at least 12 months in advance.
Processing
Do adjustments consume credits?
No. Modifying detections, adjusting areas, or re-rendering does not consume additional credits.
What happens if processing fails?
No credits are lost. Failed tasks are automatically refunded.
How does ZIP file processing work?
An estimate is made at launch based on the overall size. At the end of processing, consumption is recalculated based on the files actually anonymized, and unused credits are automatically refunded.
When are credits debited?
Credits are only debited when processing starts. No credits are consumed without your validation.

How to purchase credits?
Payments are secured via Stripe. You can purchase credits in euros (EUR) or dollars (USD).
Are credits refundable?
Credits are non-refundable after purchase. In case of a consumption error or technical issue, the affected credits may be automatically refunded or refunded upon request.

Are my files secure?
Yes. Blurit processes your files securely via encrypted connections. Your content is used solely for the requested processing and is automatically deleted from our servers once processing is complete. No data is retained beyond the time necessary for the operation.
Is Blurit GDPR compliant?
Yes, Blurit is GDPR compliant. We anonymize faces and license plates to protect personal data, and all uploaded data is automatically deleted from our servers after processing. Blurit does not retain or sell any personal data, allowing you to fully meet your legal obligations.
